3. What Data We Collect
3.1. Personal Data may include contact information such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide during registration or while using the Service. If you are a real estate professional, it may also include licensing and professional details you choose to provide.
3.2. Real Estate Property Information may include listings and property content such as photos, descriptions, price, features, and other property-related information submitted by users. Optional notes may include internal-only workflow fields, such as commission-related notes where used.
ListyPRO does not verify the authenticity, completeness, or accuracy of user-submitted property data, including optional commission-related notes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content and disclosures comply with applicable laws and professional rules.
3.3. Payment Information includes information necessary to process subscriptions, advertising, or paid services. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payments are processed by third-party providers that apply PCI DSS-aligned controls and encryption. We may retain limited transaction identifiers for billing support and recordkeeping.
3.4. Technical and Usage Information may include IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language settings, cookies, login events, feature usage, error logs, and security logs.
3.5. Other Information includes information you voluntarily provide via messages, support requests, feedback forms, surveys, or similar channels.
4. Purposes and Lawful Grounds for Processing
4.1. We process data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide core platform functionality, enable posting, organizing, and searching real estate content, operate AI-enabled assistance, and provide customer support and service communications.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
5.1. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and as required by law.

5.3. We maintain backups for business continuity and security. Backups are access-restricted and protected using industry-standard safeguards. Deleted data may persist in backups for a limited period until backup rotation completes.

12.3. Some features may be in testing and can change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-submitted content.

We may update this Policy periodically. The newest version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date and version number. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
