1. Overview
These instructions explain how to ask ListyPRO to delete personal data associated with your account, login provider, profile, saved preferences, inquiries, messages, listings, uploaded media, support requests, and similar account-linked records.
ListyPRO LLC may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request so that account data is not deleted by someone who is not authorized to act for the account.
2. What Can Be Deleted
Eligible deletion requests may cover account profile details, email and phone information, authentication provider identifiers, saved searches, favorites, preferences, support messages, AI-assisted account history, and non-public workflow data tied to your account.
If you created listings, uploaded listing media, sent leads, or managed a professional profile, deletion may include removing or deactivating account-linked public display where you control the content and where deletion is permitted by law, contract, platform safety, and recordkeeping requirements.
3. How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to contact@listypro.com from the email address associated with your ListyPRO account. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the account email, the name or company name on the account, any relevant profile or listing URL, and the login provider used if applicable, such as Google, Facebook, or another supported provider.
If you cannot access the account email, describe the account and provide enough information for ListyPRO to verify that you are authorized to request deletion.
5. Verification and Timing
After receiving a request, ListyPRO may ask for verification or clarification. We generally process eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification, unless a different period is required or permitted by applicable law.
If a request is broad, complex, incomplete, or affects records needed for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute handling, or platform integrity, we may need additional time or may retain limited records as described below.
6. Limits and Exceptions
Deletion is subject to legal and operational exceptions. ListyPRO may retain limited records when needed for tax, billing, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigation, DMCA or copyright workflows, legal claims, audit trails, backup integrity, or compliance with lawful requests.
Public listing data, search-engine caches, third-party copies, analytics aggregates, anonymized data, and records provided by other users or public sources may not always be fully removable through an account deletion request.
7. Backups, Logs, and Caches
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups, logs, caches, and disaster recovery systems for a limited period until those systems rotate or expire. These copies are access-restricted and are not used for ordinary account activity.
Search engines and third-party services may keep cached copies after ListyPRO removes or deactivates public display. You may need to contact those third parties directly to request cache refresh or removal.

Important Notices
- A deletion request does not cancel legal duties, billing records, dispute records, or security logs that ListyPRO must retain or is permitted to retain.
- Removing third-party app access with a login provider does not by itself delete ListyPRO account records; send a deletion request to contact@listypro.com for account data deletion.
- If you have active listings, transactions, copyright cases, abuse reports, or billing history, ListyPRO may need to retain limited records for compliance and platform integrity.
4. Social Login and App-Connected Data
If you used a third-party login provider, you can also remove ListyPRO access in that provider's account settings. Removing provider access stops future sign-in authorization but does not always delete data already stored in ListyPRO systems.
To delete data stored by ListyPRO that is connected to a social login, send the deletion request described above and identify the provider account or email address used for sign-in.
